Want to learn how to ferment your own foods, and get all their probiotic benefits without having to buy expensive supplements?
I personally tried several methods of fermentation and experimentation before I found something simple and easy. Probiotics are so important for digestive health, dealing with food sensitivities and so much more.
If you want to learn how to make your own probiotics, my good friend is offering a Fermentation Workshop in Montreal at the end of August!
You will learn:
– How to make your own batch of fermented carrots, pickles or sauerkraut
– Why probiotic foods are crucial to good health
– The link between the gut and the brain
– An overview of different foods that are easily fermented
You will go home with a great list of resources for getting more cultured foods into your daily menu, including options that even your toddler will love! Plus you will take home everything you make during the workshop.
Usually we think of fermented foods as milk kefir or yogurt, but the methods shared will all be gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!
If you are interested in attending, the workshop will take place August 29th from 1pm to 3pm. Cost is only $25.
Spaces are limited, so please register with Jenny Berthiaume at [email protected] or 514.318.4566 before August 25, 2015.
